Terms & Conditions – AAA Packers and Movers

1. Service Agreement: By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Booking & Payment: A confirmed booking requires an advance payment. Full payment must be made before delivery.
3. Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations must be informed 24 hours before the scheduled move. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deductions.
4. Liability: We take utmost care in handling goods but are not responsible for damages due to unforeseen events or poor packaging.
5. Insurance: Customers are advised to insure their goods for added protection.
6. Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Prohibited Items: Hazardous, illegal, perishable, and valuable items are not allowed.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
